Heidelinde Luef-Kölbl
Heidelinde Luef-Kölbl has been working at the Department for many years and "grew up" there, so to speak. Her many years of research focus on white-collar criminal law and alternative dispute resolution strategies. Heidelinde Luef-Kölbl is currently researching fundamental questions regarding the limitations of criminal law as well as legal issues specific to criminal law in the context of the climate movement. Her preference for comparative criminal law always allows her to look beyond Austrian criminal law and has led to a variety of collaborations with universities in other European countries. Student support is just as important to Heidelinde Luef-Kölbl. Her commitment in this regard is also manifested in her broad teaching spectrum and in her textbooks and case solution books.
