Get to know and understand the rules of criminal law and criminal procedure
The criminal law course in the diploma program covers all areas of substantive criminal law (General Part I, Special Part and General Part II) and formal criminal law (criminal procedure law) and begins with the basics as part of the introduction. It is then deepened with the case solution course (in which the written case solution and subsumption technique is trained) and the large lecture examination. Our specialization focuses (criminalistics & forensics, criminology, practice of procedural law in criminal and civil law) supplement the program with practice-related and interdisciplinary content.
